The HD Expansion Kit for EDIUS NX unleashes the full HD editing power of the EDIUS NX system, providing editors with realtime, full-resolution HD component video output. With this additional board, editors can enjoy constant, high-quality 1080i output to any HD component monitor. EDIUS NX with the HD Expansion Kit delivers the best possible preview of HD compositions and effects, without the expense of SDI-based hardware and displays.
The HD Expansion Kit also features an OHCI-compliant IEEE 1394 FireWire controller, which enables users to connect HDV cameras and decks for video capture and tape export. The inclusion of the FireWire controller also enables the realtime, bidirectional analog/digital conversion function of EDIUS NX with the HD Expansion Kit, allowing anyone to use EDIUS NX as an ADVC from any Windows-based editing application that supports OHCI.
EDIUS NX with the HD Expansion Kit also provides SD component video output, additional unbalanced stereo RCA audio output, and includes the EDIUS NX Bay.

A co-developed solution created by Canopus and Inscriber, TitleMotion Pro for EDIUS is a specially-optimized, full version of the popular broadcast titling package that provides editors with tools to create high-quality titles with realtime preview and playback during composition in either SD or HD. Featuring keyframed animation capabilities within both 2D and 3D spaces, TitleMotion Pro can produce polished, broadcast titles within minutes. TitleMotion Pro titles can be created and stored within the Bin window, or created directly from the editing timeline.
